Port guide
Yacht agent in Datça
Datça is a harbour town on the Datça Peninsula, where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean, close to the islands of Symi and Rhodes. It is a permanent sea port of entry, and we handle your clearance, transit log and customs here.
Ports of entry in Datça
Datça appears twice on the Directorate General of Security’s list: Datça is a permanent sea border gate, and Datça Körmen Yacht Harbour a temporary one. Körmen is on the peninsula’s north coast, facing the Gulf of Gökova, about 10 kilometres from the town centre.
How clearance works in Datça
Entry and exit are done on the transit log: passport control, customs, health and the harbour master complete their part in turn. Harbour formalities go through the Datça Harbour Master’s Office. We prepare the papers and meet you in the harbour.
Going to Symi or Rhodes and back?
Clearing out of Türkiye and back in is done on the transit log; Turkish flagged private boats also use it when they leave for abroad and return. We plan both legs with you.
Waste rules in the area
The Bozburun and Datça peninsulas lie within the Datça-Bozburun Special Environmental Protection Area, declared by Council of Ministers Decision No 90/1117 of 22.10.1990. Boats must hand over their waste on time under the Blue Card system.
