Four shops by Datça yacht harbour go up for lease
Datça Municipality is leasing four commercial units by the harbour for five years. The auction was announced for 1 October.
Three of the units are on the same plot in İskele Mahallesi: 48, 30 and 21 square metres. Their estimated yearly rents are 1,324,285 TL, 823,571 TL and 625,000 TL, before VAT. The fourth unit is on Aşık Daimi Street, 35.5 square metres, with an estimated yearly rent of 195,833 TL plus VAT.
The open auction, under article 45 of State Tender Law No. 2886, was announced for Thursday 1 October in the council meeting room of Datça Municipality. The deadline for applications was set as Wednesday 30 September at 16:00.
